Welcome to Sands End Playground, a facility based in the heart of Sands End, Fulham.  Open 50 weeks of the year, we provide an inclusive, safe, and stimulating play environment for inner-city children aged 4-13 years.

Mission Statement

In 1970 local residents formed a committee dedicated to enhancing the lives of the disadvantaged, inner-city children and youth of Sands End.  The ethos remains the same to this day, widening our reach to deliver intergenerational projects.

We seek to offer our diverse community a combination of opportunities:

• Access to play, arts & crafts, and sports for children of all backgrounds, including those with special needs
• Opportunities for learning, socialising, personal growth and development
• A community space for people to express themselves, celebrate together, and meet to develop a sense of community
